The Experience

What makes our venue unique for weddings? We specialize in immersive, multi-day celebrations. Our venue is designed for close-knit families and friends who want to be part of the entire wedding journey, not just the ceremony. By providing a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere, we allow you and your guests to fully immerse and create lasting memories.

How many guests can the property accommodate? The property comfortably sleeps 12 overnight guests. For your main event, we can accommodate a maximum of 58 non-overnight guests (bringing the total on-site to 70 people).

Is there a minimum stay requirement? Yes. To ensure you have the time to settle in and truly enjoy the experience, we require a four-night minimum booking.

Investment & Logistics

How is the pricing structured?

Our pricing consists of two separate components:

1. Nightly Accommodation Rate: This is the standard cost for the 4-night stay in our home for your 12 overnight guests.
2. Venue Fee: A $3,500 venue fee is applied on top of the nightly accommodation rate. This fee covers the exclusive use of the property for your event and the additional wear and tear associated with hosting a larger group.

What are the payment and deposit terms?

• Installments: We allow the total balance to be paid in up to three installments to help with your planning.
• Damage Deposit: A $2,500 refundable damage deposit is collected five days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations: We understand plans can change. Refunds may be available based on the terms of the contract.

Planning Your Event

What is included with the venue? Our home and property serve as a beautiful "blank canvas" for your wedding. We provide the setting and the accommodations for 12, but we do not provide wedding supplies or equipment.

What are you responsible for coordinating? Because we are a private estate venue and not a full-service hotel, guests are responsible for hiring and coordinating all external services, including:

• Catering and service staff.
• Seating (chairs and tables).
• Tents or temporary structures.
• Music and entertainment.
• Clean-up crew: The property must be returned to its original state following the event.

Requirements & Compliance

Do you need insurance and licenses?

Yes. To protect everyone involved, the wedding hosts must:

1. Obtain a Commercial General Liability Insurance policy (Event Liability Policy).
2. Maintain a Special Event License for the serving of alcohol.
3. Ensure all alcohol servers have "Serving It Right" certification.
