This home is perfect because of the amenities and location. Our property is within walking distance to three wineries (our next door neighbour is Township 7), two restaurants and a brewery. We are a four minute drive to downtown and a two minute drive to 3 Mile Beach. There is a peach orchard to the south, cherry and apple orchards to the west and Campbell Mountain hiking trails to the east. We are surrounded by abundance and beauty! (Yes, we have a payment schedule and we offer refund options!)
There is locked storage for your bikes, plenty of parking, a fire pit and a detached yoga and fitness studio. And we also have a brand new pickleball court! Â Â
Clean and bright rooms, covered deck, gorgeous views, refreshing pool, property backs onto green space. We visit each day to maintain the pool and the watering. We think you will love it here!

No security deposit is due.
Notes
Max # of Guests: The maximum number of overnight guests is 12. Due to insurance constraints and the demands on the septic system any exceptions require advance permission.
Max # of Visitors: At no time can there be more than 12 people using the house and property, day or night. If you wish to host visitors you require permission in advance and will require special event insurance.Â
Grace Period: To ensure you are fully confident in your date, we offer a 48-hour "Change of Mind" window following your initial booking for a 100% refund. The booking system doesn't explain this accurately, but this is our policy.
Retainer & Payments: After 48 hours, all payments made to date serve as a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and remove it from the market.
Installment Protection: We utilize a Scheduled Payment Plan to help manage your budget. In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days (three months) before your event, you will not be responsible for any remaining unpaid balances, protecting you from the loss of the full reservation fee.
Explanation: Our venue often books more than 12 months in advance. Because of the size of the venue, and number of guests accommodated, it is very difficult to re-book a new guest of equal value on short notice.Â
