Benchview Estate is an elegant, comfortable, and spacious vacation rental.
We feel so blessed to live here and know that you will love your stay!
There are six bedrooms; four with king-sized beds and two with queen-sized beds. There are four full bathrooms, two complete kitchens, and two laundry rooms. We also have 1000 square feet of covered decking so you and your guests can socialize outside in total comfort.​
The property has a warm, 15ft x 30ft pool, a canvas and vine-covered pergola, a hot tub, and a gas fire pit area. Imagine the fun memories you'll create with your family and friends in this magical place!
Activities Galore!
Benchview Estate is full of family friendly activities including a brand new pickleball court! Who doesn't love a little competition? After pickleball, which dynamite team will win cornhole, bocce, or ping pong? You can also make full use of our home gym with a bench, squat rack and pull up rig and yoga mats.
Days By the Pool
The pool is steps from the walk out basement and situated 20 feet above the surrounding agriculture.
The result is an "infinite" feel with unobstructed views of the amazing Okanagan landscape. We love Penticton summers by the pool and so will you and your guests!
We will attend each day to clean and maintain the pool and hot tub to ensure you enjoy crystal clear water.
Spacious & Private
Originally from the Azores region in Portugal, the Borba Family arrived in Penticton and purchased the nicest 25 acres in Penticton. They planted grapes, fruit trees and ranched a few dozen sheep and cattle. The Borbas created Abella Farms and eventually their parcel of land was subdivided.
In 2021, we purchased their home and the 1.3 acre parcel remains in the Agriculture Land Reserve. We completed a full renovation and are replanting apple and cherry trees. The dream to live in absolute beauty, just like the Borbas, was achieved for our family.
Our neighbour to the south operates a successful fruit orchard and our neighbor to the north, Township 7, is an award winning winery! Your first wine tasting tour is literally at the e
nd of the driveway!
As Your Hosts
We strive to be of service to make your holiday as delightful as possible. Hosting is our specialty. If you wish to place a grocery order before you arrive, we will arrange to pick up the order and stock the refrigerator and pantry with your items. We are on call 24-7 and will provide you with information on activities and attractions during your stay. We will share all of Penticton's best-kept secrets!
